Welcome to the Junior Academy of Modern Music

At JAMM, we focus on creating a structured, yet fun, environment for music education. Our sessions are designed to align with the unique interests and abilities of each child, ensuring they gain both skills and confidence.

Each 2 hour session is split into 2 parts;

Part 1: An immersive music lesson tailored to your child's chosen instrument and experience level.

Part 2: A band workshop where students from all disciplines play together and develop their skills in musicianship.

Saturday Workshop Timetable

10am - 12pm
Ages 7 - 10
Suitable for school years 3 - 6

12.30 - 2.30pm
Ages 10 - 13
Suitable for school years 6 - 9

3pm - 5pm
Ages 13 - 16
Suitable for school years 9 - 11

Specialised Music Workshops for Ages 7-16

Our workshops are segmented by age to provide targeted instruction. Whether it's drums, keyboard, guitar, bass, or vocals, our sessions cover a range of interests, ensuring that each child finds their fit.

Our sessions on Saturdays during school term time and end with a final performance showcase at a real music venue!

Membership Benefits & Pricing

Being a JAMM member means more than just weekly sessions. Your child gains access to:

  • Curated practice resources for efficient home practice.
  • A variety of sheet music and tablature suitable for their level.
  • Play-along tracks to hone their skills outside the studio.
  • An end-of-term performance opportunity, allowing them to showcase their progress and newfound confidence.

Course Fee:

Our 10-week term is priced at just £380 with the option to spread payments over 2 or 3 months.
